Only God can resist our adversary
“The thief has come only to steal and kill and destroy; but I have that you may have life, and have it in full” John 10:10
I welcome you to this new month of February, may God fight for you in this new month.
Today we see how David was running for his life from his palace because of Absalom, who want to dethrone him, David said “Let us flee, for we cannot resist Absalom” in the same way we are not capable to fight the battle of this life, our strength, power and authority will fail us “for we battle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and rulers of darkness” Ephesians 6:12, our God is the one that fight for us “God is the strength of his people……” Ps 28:8 God is the only one who can help us fight the battle because the battle belong to him “……be not afraid nor dismayed by the reason of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God” 2 Chronicles 20:15
We can see how Jesus Christ drive out demon ‘Legion’ from the man who was possesses, it was only Jesus who was capable to do so “No one was strong enough to subdue him” Mark 5:3 but Jesus did, God is the might warrior that fight our battle for us, all you need is to call him to fight for you.
Prayer Point: Lord! Fight my battle for me; let your angel be at war against my enemies
